Bike repair questions.
Do I need to book a bike repair in advance?
For a puncture, a brake adjustment or a gear index you can walk in and we will usually do it while you wait. Full services, e-bike diagnostics and scooter work should be booked, so we can hold a slot on the stand for you.
Do you repair electric bikes and scooters?
Yes. The same Dublin 3 workshop that services our rental e-bikes and scooters works on customer machines — battery health checks, motor and controller testing, brakes and drivetrain.
How long does a bike service take in Dublin?
A basic service is usually same day, within 24 hours. A full service takes two to three working days. E-bike and scooter diagnostics take 24 to 48 hours because the battery is tested under load.
Do you fix bikes you did not sell?
Always. City bikes, hybrids, road bikes, mountain bikes, kids' bikes, e-bikes and electric scooters — whatever the badge on the frame says.
